DMCA and Copyright Policy

Read the ActionAndStuff.pro copyright and DMCA notice process for reporting material you believe infringes your rights. For full setup and resource guides, visit Action and Stuff.

ActionAndStuff.pro respects intellectual-property rights.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe material available through this website infringes your copyright, you can send a copyright notice through the contact method identified below.

This policy is intended to provide a practical process for rights-holder notices. It does not create ownership rights in material that belongs to another party.

Information to include in a copyright notice

To help us identify and evaluate a notice, include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
  • identification of the material on ActionAndStuff.pro that you believe is infringing, including the exact page URL and enough information for us to locate the material;
  • your name and contact information, such as a valid email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Providing specific URLs is much more useful than sending only the site’s homepage address.

Where to send the notice

To submit a copyright notice or DMCA request, use our official Contact page and select copyright/rights inquiry in your message details.

What happens after a notice is received

When a sufficiently detailed notice is received, the site owner may review the identified material and take appropriate action based on the information available.

Possible actions can include:

  • requesting clarification;
  • removing or disabling identified site material;
  • removing or changing a link;
  • contacting the party responsible for the material where appropriate;
  • declining a request that does not identify actionable material or establish a sufficient rights claim.

Submitting a notice does not automatically establish that infringement occurred.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice can have legal consequences.

Only submit a copyright complaint when you have a genuine rights-based reason for doing so.

Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may contact us and provide enough information for the site owner to evaluate the dispute.

Where a formal statutory counter-notice process applies, additional information may be required under the relevant law.

Do not send a counter-notice casually because it can have legal consequences.

Third-party websites

ActionAndStuff.pro may link to third-party file hosts or services.

We do not control material hosted on a third-party domain.

A rights holder may need to contact the third-party host directly when the allegedly infringing material is hosted there rather than on ActionAndStuff.pro.

However, if a page on this site contains a link that you believe should be removed for copyright reasons, identify that exact page and link in your notice so it can be reviewed.

Trademarks and attribution

Trademark, attribution or brand-usage concerns that are not copyright notices can also be submitted through the site’s Contact page.
