Actions & Stuff v1.10.1

Actions & Stuff v1.10.1 was a hotfix for the larger v1.10 release. For full setup and resource guides, visit Action and Stuff Bedrock.

Its purpose was mainly to correct bugs and polish problems introduced in v1.10 or carried over from earlier versions.

This is a historical release, not the current official Actions & Stuff version.

Actions & Stuff v1.10.1 hotfix release notes overview

What changed in v1.10.1?

Oreville’s documented v1.10.1 update contains a focused mixture of improvements and bug fixes.

It is not another major feature release like v1.10.

Improvements

The hotfix included improvements such as:

  • refinements to the Dolphin’s Grace swimming animation;
  • 3D arrow geometry on the bow when the 3D Tools option is enabled;
  • missing Vibrant Visuals textures for the Lava Chicken nametag;
  • an adjustment to Vibrant Visuals sun gamma around sunset;
  • missing Vibrant Visuals textures for the Magma Cube.

These changes are specific to this historical hotfix and should not be rewritten into unrelated fixes.

Bug fixes

Oreville also documented fixes across several areas.

First-person / Pocket Edition

The update fixed a Pocket Edition block-overlay issue that could prevent first-person enchantment outlines from rendering correctly.

Blocks

The Creeper Skull was corrected so Vanilla Experience used the intended vanilla-style texture behavior.

Items

The hotfix included corrections for issues such as:

  • the 3D Copper Pickaxe pommel appearing at the player’s feet;
  • incorrect Tipped Arrow colours;
  • potion display problems when using a shield or Totem in the offhand;
  • arrows becoming invisible while on fire;
  • bow-overlay z-fighting in Vanilla Experience;
  • duplicate bow sound/effect behavior when charging.

Is v1.10.1 the same as v1.10?

No.

v1.10 was the larger feature update.

v1.10.1 followed as a hotfix focused mainly on corrections and smaller improvements.

If you want the original major-update overview, use Actions & Stuff v1.10.

Is v1.10.1 the current version?

No.

Oreville Studios has continued releasing Actions & Stuff updates after the v1.10 line.

At our September 2026 review, the creator’s documentation covers Actions & Stuff 1.11.1.

Use v1.10.1 when you specifically need this historical hotfix rather than because you believe it is the newest release.

Should you move from v1.10 to v1.10.1?

If your goal is specifically to remain in the historical v1.10 release line, v1.10.1 represents the follow-up hotfix.

But do not assume that moving between historical releases will solve a compatibility problem with a much newer Minecraft Bedrock build.

For that question, use the compatibility guide.
